Key Highlights
- SharpLink added 39,008 ETH, taking total Ethereum holdings to 837,230 tokens.
- The firm now ranks as the world’s second-largest corporate Ethereum holder.
- Its ETH-focused strategy turns SBET stock into a proxy for Ethereum exposure, strengthened by staking rewards and a rising “ETH Concentration” ratio.
SharpLink’s Strategic Ethereum Accumulation
According to a recent announcement, SharpLink purchased 39,008 additional Ether last week using $46.6 million raised through its at-the-market facility. This acquisition raised the company’s total Ethereum holdings to 837,230 ETH, while keeping over $71 million in cash available for future conversions into the digital asset.
Co-CEO Joseph Chalom stated, “We remain opportunistic in our capital-raising efforts and will continue to watch market conditions closely to maximize shareholder value.”
Using Stock as an Ethereum Proxy
SharpLink’s approach positions its stock, SBET, as an innovative option for investors seeking Ethereum exposure without handling the cryptocurrency directly. By leveraging its public listing, the company provides a compliant, equity-based way for traditional investors to enter the crypto market.
A central measure of this strategy is SharpLink’s proprietary ETH Concentration ratio, which has jumped to 3.94—an increase of 97% since the strategy launched on June 2. This ratio shows how much ETH supports each block of 1,000 diluted shares, offering investors a clear understanding of their claim on the company’s main asset.
Generating Passive Income Through Staking
Beyond accumulating Ethereum, SharpLink also earns passive rewards through staking. Since starting its ETH-focused plan, the company has gained 2,318 ETH in staking rewards, worth over $10 million at current prices. These rewards enhance the overall value of its holdings and strengthen the long-term benefits of the strategy.

Ranking Among Top Corporate ETH Holders
SharpLink’s large accumulation places it among the leading corporate Ethereum holders globally. Data from EthereumTreasuries.net shows the company now ranks second worldwide, behind only BitMine Immersion with 1.7 million ETH.
This achievement puts SharpLink ahead of other public firms holding Ether, signaling strong market confidence in Ethereum’s long-term potential.
